Does this mean Richard Dawkins believes in creationism and DNA signatures?

That's Dawkins for you... he's using evolution and a completely made up, extremely improbable theory to make an excuse for there not being a single, perfect Creator. I ask you Dawkins... if this is the case... why isn't this "high tech civilisation" still in contact with us?
