The election is over, Obama won, should Obama go to the White House tomorrow and get updated by Bush?

I believe President Obama should go to the White House tomorrow and get briefed and updated what Bush has going on, so President Obama can get to work right away in bing change and economic prosperity, and world peace to the world and have change brought forth as quickly as he can
