What do Brits think of Prince Charles and Camilla?

I was just reading about their extramarital affair they had during their original marriages (when Charles was with Diana.) What do English people think of the whole situation? To me it seems like a bit of a soap opera and ridiculous that the figurehead of a nation, symbolic or otherwise, would act in such a scanadalous way publicly.
