Should I call out sick tomorrow?

i just started my part time job april 10 and i dont want to risk getting fired but i am not feeling 100% yet. i have already called out twice since last friday cause i had a bad cold that developed into bronchitis. i dont have a fever or runny nose anymore but this horrible cough wont go away. i dont have insurance so i cant get a doctors note. do you think they would be upset that i called out again and on a saturday (i work in retail) or would they have a bigger problem with me coughing all day long?
