Where is cigarette lighter fuse in 97' plymouth breeze?

ok, so i have a 97 plymouth breeze, and i have a xm radio i just bought without thinking that my cigarette lighter in my car doesnt work. i want to check the fuse for it, but after looking at the labels for fuses inside the car and under the hood. i cannot find the fuse for it. i will try getting a circuit tester after i check the fuse. i just cannot figure it out, ive tried searching the internet, but havent found a answer. please help!!! thanks
