Ingested nail polish?

Ok so Ive ingested bottles of nail polish..I know Ive ingested atleast 100..Im always craving it, probably because of my Pica, but Im always nervous and twitchy/shakey..do you think its because of the nail polish..? What are the dangers of ingesting it? And where should I go from here.. ? I dont want my stomach pumped, and if I tell my mum shell probably get pissed off at me and will complain bout me wastin her work time..so thats most the reason I havent told her that I cant stop yet {[{Ive told her that I TASTED nail polish once and she got mad but I havent told her bout the bottles}]} another reason is that Im afraid I cant stop drinking it..so..yeah..
