Who do you feel underachieved the most in their NBA career?

I am a huge NBA fan, and have fallen victim of sheer boredom from this crazy blizzard here in PA. So, I started looking up NBA statistics and players. And, it got me thinking. What NBA player with allot of hype coming out of college, or high school never lived up to their potential? Now, I am thinking of players who played a minimum 5 years, and also were not victims of mive injuries (i.e. Tracy Mcgrady, Grant Hill). I came up with C-Webb as my most disappointing player. So, let me know who you are thinking!
