Can I listen to my sirius account on my Itouch?

I have a wifi, I went in thru Safari and t says I do not have the latest Flash Player installed and to click to download it - it will not download - I am not sure if that is because it is my itouch. If you can offer help I would be most grateful. I am also looking for a place to get movies in Ipod format besides Limewire too if you can help. Thanks
