Do evangelical preachers allow their kids to dress like singer/actress Jessica Simpson?

Jessica's dad in real life is a pentecostal minister and in the movie "Dukes of Hazzard" she wears shorts so short you can see her and her chest is popping out of her top. Im a little confused?
