Do you believe the Emmy's were fixed this year?

On the facts that Two and a Half Men lost the best comedy series and that Jon Cryer (Two and a Half Men) lost the best supporting actor to some actor I never even heard of. I can't believe that crock. Also, Jeff Probst the host of Survivor won the best game show over Howie Mandel (Deal or No Deal) and Tom Bergeron (Dancing With The Stars). The Emmy's were pretty disappointing and unbelievable weren't they?
