Hi all i love reading and answering questions in thepregancy section but i need help with some abrieviations?

i kinda know that ttc or something is for fertility? and bfp is for possitive test but im not sure what they abriviate, could you guys give me some answers and tell me if there are any others i could come across? thanks so much :)
