Is there anyone that shares my grief?

I have toe nail fungus ( I know ewww) and have had it since I was like 4 on my big toe. It's really ugly and embaring cause I'm constantly making excuses about why I have it. I'm embared when I wear flip flops and sandals. I hate being the only girl who can't get a pedicure because even if it looks pretty the one ugly toe will ruin everything. I've tried everything to get rid of it and really don't want to go to my last resort ( getting the entire toe removed- ouch!) Any suggestions for cures that will actually work??
