Ive moved files on my computer .Can I erase all changes without using system restore?

I moved files around and iTunes can't find them so is system restored but now my itunes is empty and ive lost all my saved games on Champ Man. Does anyone know any programmes that can put your PC to how it was before as System Restore doesn't to what i wnat. Any help much appreciated thanks.
