My blue rams black spot has turned blue / fish swimming at corner of tank?

a few things to ask before an appropriate answer can be given , firstly how long has the tank been set up , and was the ram on his own for quite a while before introducing the new neons , how often are you feeding and what kind of lighting have you got , the chances are that if its an established well run tank then hes just been taken out of his comfort zone with the new additions but will settle again before long , if though , the tank is new or overfeeding etc etc , the colour changes could be a sign of distress , an early warning sign that something more sinister could be wrong .
