Throat hurts so bad i can't sleep. what should I do?

So my throat has been burning and the color in the back of my throat is white and red but it hurts so bad i can't sleep, swallow, and it hurts ALL the time.. I just had bronchitis 2-3 weeks ago and strep so i dont know if that has anything to do with this.....should I go to the doctors or what should I do?
