Do you guys think I am too picky?

I'm 23 and have had maybe 3 semi/serious bf's and I've now been single 2 years or so. I don't believe in kissing a lot of frogs to find my prince, meaning I don't think I need to run out and date men like changing my underwear just to find "THE ONE" Why is it so hard to find quality over quantity. I am into nice guys, and yet they are the ones who are always taken and in a relationship with a b*tch or they are gay lol It's so unfair! Anyways am I picky for ping up guys because they don't share what is important to me? Have a job, don't have children, nice, caring, respectful, and funny? Geez! Is knowing exactly what I want in a man, make me picky?
