I have prepared a fairness cream,which is very effective,I want to go for commercial use of it in India /world?

I have prepared a fairness cream using natural ingredients,which is highly effective and without any side effects,as it has been tested locally and results are very encouraging.But I want to go for commercial use of it. since I do not have capital or resources for this,so I want some cosmetic companies to use it. how do I approach them,if you have any idea,please share with me.
